my call of duty black ops 3 multiplayer and campaign wont install. The loading bar wont budge and therefore cannot play the game, other than game mode zombies. Tells me i need to connect to server to install multiplayer, which is whats required to access camapign and multiplayer. Error code NP-34924-2
