I have to say - SONY you do the crappiest job out of any hardware manufacturer of allowing ANY customer to actually find a valid link when there is an issue.
I purchased 5 items in the PS store - none show up. There are NO apparrent links, methods or any other way of contacting anyone other than "Our average wait time is 30 minutes. Please stand by"
Garbage and unacceptable.
I would like to send an email to suppport - NOT POSSIBLE or buried to the point where its not able to be found. Hell, I could notice CC fraud on my account and there is NO links in My Account to even send an email.
Again - unacceptible. If you are going to take peoples money you have to have some interface that they can address when there is a problem.
i have yet to find ANY method, other than wait 30+ min in chat to send details of a problem. Help desk software was perfected 10++ years ago.
