What I have done/ tried:
- Edited/Updated my VISA Debit Card more than 35x for a constant issue concerning more than 2 weeks worth of downtime with the PlayStation Store.
- PayPal is also being declined/rejected by the new security system.
- Called CHASE's Fraud hotline multiple times and the issue is not on their end. The issue is with the Merchant (Sony), not the bank company!!
I have no idea why this is becoming a large needed online hassle early this year. My VISA Debit Card worked last November and still works perfectly with STEAM, NINTENDO and MICROSOFT products!! I would like someone in Customer / Tech Support to please help solve this ASAP! Thank you!!
PS:
- I know that this issue is ongoing based on this LINKED thread.
- I am currently forced right now to make physical purchases which I am unable to do without meaningful transportation which I currently do not have for a long while. Amazon has a 24-72+ hour *new* verification process per purchase making online purchases such as PSN cards there not worth my time!
